RF down conversion is accomplished with low noise amplifiers (LNAs) and dielectric resonator oscillators (DRO), for MMIC/RFIC or field effect transistors (FETs).
In RF and Microwave wireless systems and circuit design environments, RF down conversion can enable some unique design opportunities.
