RF Electronics Chapter 2: Computer Simulation Page 48 2022, C. J. Kikkert, James Cook University, ISBN 978-0-6486803-9-0. circuits are much more complex than the circuits of figures 2.51 and 2.52, but the same optimisation techniques are used. Summary This chapter has introduced some basic aspects of computer simulation using the AWR DE and APLAC components of the AWR Design Environment. In the rest of this book, the computer simulation will be expanded with both linear and non-linear applications and examples. AWR DE has a good interactive help capability, with specific information available for every circuit element or measurement. The interactive element help can be accessed by right clicking on the element and selecting "Element Help". In addition, the examples included with the AWR DE software will assist in understanding the operation of computer simulation software for electronic circuits at all frequencies. References 1.
